HOW TO GET FROM GIRONA AIRPORT TO LLAFRANC

1. Exit the airport at the first roundabout, following signs to Girona. Go under the railway bridge and after 500 yards you will arrive at a second roundabout. Go straight on for a few 100 yards and you will see another bridge overhead, taking the Motorway up north to France. Go on the roundabout underneath and take the first exit( almost straight on) to Coastal towns like St Feliu, Playa de Aro and Palamos. Having passed through a small town you will eventually arrive at another roundabout , signed left Girona , and right, the Costal towns. Turn right. Follow that road all the way, perhaps 5 miles, until you join a big dual carriageway coming from Barcelona to the Coastal Towns.

2 You will stay on this road all the way north to Palafrugell, passing St Feliu, Playa D'Aro, and Palamos. Just past Palamos you will see a big Supermarket called Dia on your left, going on you will go past a Petrol Station on the right, after which you move to the inside lane past a Ford dealership and up off to the slip road to follow signs for Palafrugell and the beaches.

3.If you stay on the high road you will go over a small roundabout 2nd exit, towards Palafrugell and then another one after 200yards, where you will turn right heading into the town. At the next roundabout, wheres theres an Aldi Supermarket, take the first exit and go down past that to a small roundabout.. Take the 2nd exit and follow on. You will finally get to a bigger roundabout with a Carafour Supermarket on the left. Take the second exit. You are now on the "Motorway" to Llafranc ! . Go straight on through two roudabouts and at the third roundabout and take the 3rd exit. Follow the road round and then turn down the hill into Llafranc. You are about to reach your destination. When you see the Chemist shop , pass it on your right, go 50 yards down the hill and take the first turning to your right, where you will find the entrance to the Apartment door . Alongside the Llagosta Hotel.
